1. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We are always happy to take international orders, but we cannot accept a credit
card for payment on orders outside the USA. We offer the payment
options of mailing
us a US Dollars money order or paying for you order using Paypal. Paypal payments
MUST ship to the confirmed address on the account, we cannot accept an alternate
ship to address. Please Email us for an exact quote
on any items you may be interested in.
2. What is your refund/return policy?
We understand that sometimes the item is not exactly what you were expecting. We
are happy to refund/exchange items within 30 days of your purchase. Here are the
exact details:
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different size/color/style, etc.
then you are responsible for the shipping costs for sending the original item to
us and the shipping costs of sending the replacement item back to you. If the item
arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us with
the details.
- Returns/Refunds: If you wish to return an item for a refund, we will
refund your payment less the shipping fees + any auction fees if you won the item
from us on an auction site. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning
the item. All items must be in brand/new, unopened and unworn condition with all
tags still attached.
3. What are my payment options?
We accept money orders and personal checks at our address listed below. Please note,
checks will be held until they clear our bank (usually 7-10 days).

4. What is your Privacy Statement?
We will
NEVER sell, share, post or distribute any of your information...EVER. We will never
send you Emails unless you specifically request to be added to our mailing list.
5. What are your sales/auction contact policies?
We will contact you within 24 of
the auction close with purchase and payment information. If you have not been contacted
within 24 hours, please Email us to inquire about your item. We will usually ship
your item within 48 hours of the payment arriving/clearing our bank, but during
periods of heavy order activity that time frame can be longer. We will contact you
with a shipping confirmation on the day your items will be shipped.
6. Are all of your items brand new?
Yes, all of our items are 100% brand new from the manufacturer
unless specifically noted in the item description. We will occasionally list a pre-owned
item, but it is rare.
